1. Order Processing and Shipping

  • All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier partners.
  • We process all domestic orders within 24-48 business hours (Monday to Saturday).
  • After dispatch, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by continuous public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed or rerouted.
  • In case of any urgent changes or issues, please contact our customer care team immediately for assistance.

3. Receipt of Goods

  • A signature is required upon delivery, either from you, a family member, or an alternative person designated by you.
  • Please note, Rishicure is not responsible for packages signed by an alternative person at the delivery address.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout, before you make payment.
  • These charges may vary depending on the product weight, size, and delivery location.

5. Order Issues and Complaints

  • If you have any complaints or concerns regarding your order, please contact our Customer Care within 2 business days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
