- We process all domestic orders within 24-48 business hours (Monday to Saturday).
- After dispatch, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by continuous public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed or rerouted.
- In case of any urgent changes or issues, please contact our customer care team immediately for assistance.
3. Receipt of Goods
- A signature is required upon delivery, either from you, a family member, or an alternative person designated by you.
- Please note, Rishicure is not responsible for packages signed by an alternative person at the delivery address.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout, before you make payment.
- These charges may vary depending on the product weight, size, and delivery location.
