At Rishicure, we’re committed to delivering the best experience with our Ayurvedic supplements. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if any items are missing, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order details and share clear photos of the outer packaging and product. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup and offer you:

A replacement (subject to stock availability)
Store credit (Rishicure Cash) for future use
A full refund (post inspection)

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • Items should be in saleable, undamaged condition.

Return requests should be made within 5–7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds will be credited via:
Wallet / Net Banking / Razorpay / UPI

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 3–5 days of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 48–72 business hours.
